On July 8, 2025, the entire MELLOW project team gathered in Kaiserslautern for the first official milestone meeting. The goal was to reflect on the milestones achieved so far, share experiences and successes, and to jointly plan the next steps for the upcoming project phases.

In a constructive and open atmosphere, we reviewed our collaboration to date, highlighted key achievements, and gained valuable insights from the various work packages. The opportunity for in-person exchange — beyond digital meetings and email — opened up new perspectives and further strengthened our shared understanding of the project’s goals.

We now move into the next phase of the project with fresh motivation and a clear roadmap ahead!
